Refund and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT TERMS

The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Balance amount has to be deposited 14 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun. Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.

RESCHEDULING OF THE BOOKING

Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 10% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 15 days before arrival date. In case rescheduling is requested less than 15 days prior to travel date, then the bookin will be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancelation charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If passengers cancel their booking prior or after commencement of tour, following cancellation charges will be applicable:

  1. More than 15 days prior to travel date, 50% of total tour cost.
  2. 15 or less days prior to travel date: No Refund
  3. No show: No Refund
  4. After commencement of the tour: No Refund
"No Show" refers to failure to arrive at the designated reporting location at the scheduled time on the day of departure without prior notice.

FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WEATHER REFUNDS / CHARDHAM YATRA BY HELICOPTER 4N/5D

  1. The refundable amount of each uncovered Dham will be mentioned below:
    • Kharsali/Yamunotri : 25% tour cost minus INR 10,000 per person towards Flight preparation charges.
    • Jhalla/Gangotri: 25% tour cost minus INR 10,000 per person towards flight preparation charges.
    • Sersi/Kedarnath: 25% tour cost minus INR 10,000 per person towards flight preparation charges.
    • Badrinath: 25% tour cost minus INR 10,000 per person towards flight preparation charges.
  2. In the event that any services such as accommodation, meals, or transportation are utilized before the cancellation or delay, their cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WEATHER REFUNDS / DODHAM YATRA BY HELICOPTER 2N/3D

  1. The refundable amount of each uncovered Dham will be as mentioned below:
    • Kedarnath : 40% of tour cost minus 10,000/- per person towards flight prepartion charges.
    • Badrinath : 40% of tour cost minus 10,000/- per person towards flight prepartion charges.
  2. In the event that any services such as accommodation, meals, or transportation are utilized before the cancellation or delay, their cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WEATHER REFUNDS / DODHAM YATRA BY HELICOPTER SAME DAY

  1. The refundable amount of each uncovered Dham will be as mentioned below:
    • Kedarnath: Rs. 20,000/- Per Person
    • Badrinath: Rs. 20,000/- Per Person
  2. In the event that any services such as accommodation, meals, or transportation are utilized before the cancellation or delay, their cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above-mentioned terms & conditions by policy.

Disputes: Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.
